Hotel O SV Grand

It was one of my worst stay.Staff were rude ,right starting from the reception staff who treated me like a beggar.I have already paid money in advance otherwise I would have straight away cancelled my booking.Please do not waste your money by going there.

Good in stay room

Everything smelled good and looked tidy here. Staff was kind and worked hard for us. Room had what we needed for our whole trip.

Had a super stay with my partner. Fresh room, kind staff, and a romantic vibe. Great for couples! I highly recommend staying here!

Hotel O S V Grand Review I stayed at Hotel O S V Grand for a short trip and had a decent experience. The hotel is about 4 km from Jedimetla Village and is well-connected to the main road and bus stops, which made travel easy. The best part of the stay was the helpful staff. They were polite and ready to assist whenever needed. The hotel also offers free hot breakfast, which is a nice touch, but the choices are limited. A little more variety would be great. The rooms are okay for a short stay. They have air conditioning and are soundproof, which helps in getting a good night's sleep. However, cleanliness could be improved. The blankets and pillow covers needed to be fresher, and overall, the room could use better cleaning. If you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel with basic amenities, this place is fine. But if cleanliness is a top priority for you, it might not be the best option unless they improve in that area. With a little more effort in maintaining the rooms, this hotel could be much better.

Accomodation was not at all good and cleaning was not done, bed sheets and pillow covers are dirty, mirror is broken, tv remote was not working properly

The stay incharge took extra 300rs for early check in, only for 1hr early, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, used ones and was not changed. Very bad experience with the staff and maintenance

What was shown as hotel photos were not at all related to actual ones, i had booked for 2 days, vacated within few hours,

The person at reception was really helpful and provided detailed information. The rooms are large and tidy.

The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure i was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when i come back!

The aura is very hygienic. They ensure proper sanitization and the amenities like bedsheet and towel is frequently changed. Impressive!

Good team, simple booking, and a really enjoyable stay. There is nothing that the hotel does not provide. The visit here was quite great.

The service was decent but the room was terrible. Rooms smelled of acid and there were a lot of cockroaches due to which we couldn't sleep and a few cockroaches came into the plate while we were eating.

First despite paying full amount in advance on mmt, the hotel guys blackmailed before check in and took more 1000 else they would allow us to check in and air condition was not working at all
