Hotel O Lake view

Poor room condition, bad smell, very little staff, no tea and food facility, bed sheet and cover having stains , staff didn't bother about customer, lift not functioning, no room phone to communicate with reception, it's really pathetic

It was very unhygienic and unclean room. There were insects and bugs due to the lake area. It was very unprofessional and terrible

1. Room booked was AC, but while checkin in it was informed no AC room available..this is fraud 2. Unprofessional dealing.. was not expecting 3 star or above.. but basic courtesy missing 3. Unhygienic.. no pest control- ants in the room all throughout.. 3. Locality very average. The photo shown while booking is no way near..

Stay was comfortable and good hospitality and receptionist Adi was very good, helpful. Rooms were well maintained

Supposed to be Ac room - room not ready when arrived at 3:00 am - offered me a non a/c room - uncleaned and terrible not as displayed in pictures

Looks good. Checked for kne day for a friend on business trip. Lake is not visible but rooms are clean

It is okayishhh as it offers good room at an affordable price. I would recommend this to anyone who has to stay in Secunderabad.

It’s was nice and staff was were nice and friendly so peaceful location and room is small and ac water was leaking

The stay was completely disatisfaying as the tv was not working properly but later they changed it. Then the major problem with rest room appeared.As there was water leakage and flush gun was broken which makes the place horrible to stay.
