Super Hotel O Broadway Ernakulam

We checked in later but the room wa snot ready so we had to wait. The shower head was not working and the AC was dripping water continuously. even after complaining both were not repaired.

Nice atmosphere.... Friendly staffs are there....Easy to access ....very attractive area to stay ...I like it

Good and clean rooms on budget in the hotspot as well. The rooms were not so spacious but its a good choice if your traveling for work with minimum luggage

Very clean and tidy room. All amenities were available and the staff was really cordial and helpful. Altogether a great hotel to stay at. Have referred my friends as well.

Firstly it is very difficult to reach the property as the actual name of the hotel is modern plaza and not hotel o broadway as listed in make mytrip. The property looks renovated recently and not wiped properly. Lot of tiny dust particles and spider nets. No lift. People come and knock on your door at night. They don't clean the room daily and as per the staff they clean only once in 2 days. This property is in mid of godowns and there is one cement godown nearby may be producing the tiny dust particles. I got allergy and need to start medication and nebulization. Also there is no parking available int-he property. There is lot of mosquito in the room and first day the recipient told may they are providing any mosquito repellent as they do not have any. Second day complaining again they gave me one mosquito repellent. Lot of insects in the bathroom and even after complaining no attempt to clear them from the staff.
