very bad service . not attached bathroom. that guy tell extra pay . give attached bathroom room. behaviour not good

Just like a hostel with strict rules. As per the policy smoking allowed but they don't allows it. Rooms are very small and owner stays with the family in ground floor. both the entrance are same

The single worst hotel room i've ever stayed. The host was horrible. He will not treat you like a guest. When asked for essentials he didn't say it's not available for our booking. Instead he insulted us saying it's budget room. Not a pleasant stay ironically as the hotel is named pleasant. Do not waste your money find a different hotel.

The rooms are not that spacious and are with a small ventilation. Neither is the bathroom. I took two different rooms during my stay but all are the same. No proper parking space available. But that's what you get with budget rooms.

We got good, hygienic and clean room with tv, good behavior, good bed, clean bath room with less space,

Good. Neat room with 2 single beds. The bathroom is just outside the room, but is clean for use. Thnxx makemytrip.

The room was neat and clean. But it was not spacious one. The bathroom facilities (shower and water tap) were not working properly. There is no parking facility. Car was parked in road side.

Poor hygiene

I was booked a economic room for only one night.

The stay was very bad. 2 nd floor. Too high. No help or support. Very very average rooms

Owner asked extra money apart from booked amount. He fixed tarrif amount and collected from customer even we paid included whatever utilized offer, he didnt considered about. Also bed sheets are very dirty. Hot water not provided at evening time. Totally disappointed. Owner & staff's are very rude character. They didn't provide even drinking water in room service.

Good and comfortable stay and feel family friendly.

The location of the property is very good. The rooms were clean. Only the thing is the room was too small.

Hotel was neat and clean. Hotel receptions are too kind. But single room is short but okay.
