Not good service and not in good area. There was no hot water also the sheets were damp.

worst experience. Ac not working properly.two times room change for ac issue .All the room ac is complaint and automatically shutdown .very bad room . room is not good compare with price . price is higher for this small and worst room.

They charged extra charges for unwanted purposes. Very bad experience. Staff are vere bad behaviour

the toilet smells like a public toilet no proper cleaning and bad room service, they have added an ac for name sake with no cooling i have upgraded to ac by additionally giving 500₹

Room was clean fine space, with basic enmities provided like soap and shampoo packet but no toothbrush and toothpaste and geyser was not working. Was not happy with the staff interaction and not friendly, guest were not permitted.

They gave us a small room on the ground floor. On arrival i had to wait for a while to get the room. They didn't have enough toiletries for two in the room.

Room was good but food is the problem as there was no folding facility.

The room was clean and tidy, flamingo suites is a good place to stay if you're in kochi, edappally. Overall i had a good stay

The room is different from the room they have provided. They have provided room in the ground floor and there was not enough ventilation as seen in their photos.

They provided an avery cramped spacen parking is with out any safety also if u book without checking… rate provided will b for non AC room … n will have to pay additional amount for upgrade … totally not worth for the amount

Bad experience. Staffs are not all treating us as customers. They are even charging ₹250 for 1 hour after check out. Rooms are not worth for the money.also rooms are very congested.

No food facilities. No proper room services. Not kept soap and other items in bathroom. Reception facilities utter nonsense

Since it was a business trip, i had to meet a client but the hotel staff didn’t allow my guest to enter into the room and we’d to gone outside. The room was in terrible condition, the charges are high and staff were not friendly at all. I will never go to this place again

Worst experience, room was like a dungeon without any ventilation, no responsible person on the counter except a house keeping person. I said i don’t want to stay there. Both hotel and mm t both were ok with cancel-ling it verbally but neither the hotel nor mm t were ready to lose the commission s as nd did not support cancellation.

It was terrible, staff were unprofessional.

I don’t suggest this place at all

I completed registration of me and my partner who was not with me at the time, after an hour or so i went and pick her up and we went to the room. The hotel staff rushed to our room and questioned me telling why i didn't inform the front desk and all. It's because i already gave the complete details and finished registration. Do they need a face check too?

I booked a non ac and they gave me a worst room possible and the staff asks you abut your booking lots of time bcs they couldn’t find it
