Horrible experience including worst room quality nothing close to the pictures shown, room service was none at all as there were no people for it. Even for basic amenities we had to physically go to the owners room, after trying his number several times even after that it wasn't fulfilled. I was with my family with some very important work and most of it was hampered due to the stay and calling customer care service. They just compensated with a small amount of refund and vouchers. This trip took a toll on our mental and physical health to a greater extent.

very horrible experience. don't recommend at all. The bathroom was very unhygienic, water leakage, broken tap and toilet seat. there was no lock in the washroom door, water leakage from ac AC was not functioning well. The sofa was very dirty. no kettle nothing

“I strongly advise against booking this hotel. The overall condition is terrible — the rooms are extremely dirty, unhygienic, and very poorly maintained. Basic cleanliness is completely missing, and the facilities are in a neglected state. Staying here felt uncomfortable and unpleasant throughout. The hotel environment is far below acceptable standards and does not match the description shown while booking. It gives a horrible impression and is certainly not worth the money charged.

Worst day, ever washroom for so dirty and unhygienic. The bed was used and un arranged when we entered room. The sheets were dirty. Water was ripping out from AC. Washroom seat was even dirty.
