No clean floor, cockroaches present. The toilet is also not clean. Bathroom hot water is not available for 2 days.

they took 300 rupees extra and we left the room one Day before and it was totally not good I don't recommend it to anyone

Worst experience, we had booked 4 rooms and they provided only 2 rooms and they are telling the rooms are already sold out.

My worst hotel experience ever in india after many visits. I arrived at around 8pm and the receptionist could not find my booking for many minutes. He kept shouting at me saying that he was checking ( dont they check new arrivals in advance as booking was made 3 days in advance. Finally due to lack of coorleration n empathy from the receptionist, i left the hotel and booked another hotel. I lost my 2 nights money but thats still better than facing such a rude person every day. The worst hotel receptionist i ever saw. Rude, arrogant and no respect towards customers.

Hotel is good, staffs are also nice but in the room cockroaches are there, no cleanliness.

The rooms were not spacious enough. Drinking water had to be ordered from outside. The staff was good. The overall experience was ok.

The bathroom was not cleaned. Urine and feces remaining was in the toilet. We had asked to clean again. Cleaning guy entered with the sandals on and cleaned bathroom and wet sandals were used to walk out of the room. All was messy. We suffered a lot
