Super Hotel O Kolkata Near Acropolis Mall Formerly 7 Horse GH

Stayed at the hotel from 11/9/2025 to 12/09/2025 (two days). my experience with this hotel is poor. At first they provided not a properly cleaned room and there was no door lock in Toilet. After telling them they told that they will repair it ( checked in at 6.00 pm). I strongly disagreed then they provided another room. location of the hotel is good. There are 3 boys conducting the total matter and they are rude. No soap, toiletries and water provided by the hotel. Room and bathroom were smelly. Next morning I have some work in the morning(7.00 am) but they firstly refuse to open the main gate before 8.30 am. when I strongly tell them and they unwillingly open the gate and the same incident repeated the next day also and there was no notice for that at the reception or at any places of the property. Actually these three unprofessional rude boys are the main pillar of this hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, nothing went right. The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional, showing no interest in making guests feel welcome. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, broken fixtures, stained linens, and an unpleasant smell made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

No service was there. Room were too small for 2. I booked for 3 guests however i was forced to pay extra amount. No room service neither a glass to drink water. The room was awful..There was no hygiene maintained...The floor was dirty...The bedsheets were full of ants.The towel stinked and on using it caused irritation.It was an awful experience staying here.
