Very disappointing experience. The room was very small and poorly maintained. No dustbin or chair was provided. The room had a bad smell and the bedsheets were not changed for over a week, plus they were torn. Breakfast was not served daily and no proper food was available. The front area of the guest house gets waterlogged whenever it rains, making it very inconvenient. Overall, not worth staying here.

Sorry for your experience, but the water-logging was due to a disaster 4th highest rainfall in Kolkata so, whole Kolkata was waterlogged that day,usual rainy days there’s no water-logging,and for bedsheets changing and room cleaning you could have asked the staffs to do it. From our side we will keep this suggestions in mind and work on it. Thank you!

Hotel was very basic, no drinking water was in the room no toiletries in the room. Beds are not clean. No intercom in the room to order any thing have to go to reception. Bathroom was not properly clean

The experience was very poor, the property and property owner was very bad. They charged price of including breakfast but they served only four pises of Puri for two people. When we asked for food bill the property owner, he said no bill available please pay the little amount of 100.00

Alternative Hotel Garden guest house was very good, clean and staff was very polite. But I initially booked a hotel named kajali guest house, they denied us to check in and misbehaved with customer.
