Food was gud but for cleaning nd change of bed sheets had to remind the team even water was provided only at the time of entry

Wall was completed damp, stale smell we didn’t checked in left the money after seeing the condition paid 14 k for 2 nights

The rooms allotted were not given together and when requested we were told to upgrade for which extra charge had to be paid

Room was very unclean and old. Bathroom were dirty and webs were there

Location wise perfect. Well connected by road, metro, cab. Well maintained with round the clock security. Had there been a resturant for lunch & dinner stay could have been more pleasant. However not a issue who can manage with online food delivery.

I have booked for executive deluxe room but the room was very much unhygienic. Washroom was not clean enough. Also, the bedsheets were clean enough along with the pillow. It was a very bad experience in a stay.

Superb place to stay in kolkata. People were friendly. Breakfast was good. The guest house is very well maintained.

Reception staff very rude. For reserved guests they show attitude and no caring or respect but they scold and get angry

The rooms shown and provided are totally different. They will show executive deluxe here but will give deluxe rooms and say this is the correct one. Rats inside the room, no amenities, dirty chairs and tables. Location is good but rest all is pathetic. Very rude manager.

The location of the hotel is at a good place and easily accessible to all the places. The hotel is old and renovated. Rooms are big and maintenance needs a bit of improvement

The staff is very cordial n helpful, they are always ready to assist you in any manner. This property is centrally located in the heart of city in reasonable cost.

I have include a breakfast package of three members including our child of age 8 but they have charged for our child breakfast and also brkfast menu is very much poor catagory.

My stay was only for 8hrs. Size of room was good. Cleanness was ok, quality of tap water in bathroom is poor. 3 star out of 5 i will rate.

- the room was dirty- the walls were dirty- curtains were full of dust & looked like they were washed since ages- washroom very dirty- the ac was running at one temperature ie. 16 degrees which was unbearable.- no complimentary water bottle.- wifi speed too low.- overall the room & washroom condition was very bad with dirty walls & aged furniture.i will never ever visit this place again!
