No window,fan switch not working, room phone not working,asking for dental kit not provide,breakfast not good

Make my trip management is very horrible their people are cheating with public, they have no transparency with customer always giving fake comments.

Good stay for family and staff also very helpfull and fraindly, Food also very nice location also very prime

The stay was good but the rooms are very compact overall stay is fine. Good place to be around lot of pubs and bars, happening place on fridays. Best location wise for site seeing, best for solo travellers

I had terrible experience with this hotel. I had booked premium room for the family. I would never recommend friends to book this hotel. Room pictures doesn’t match with actual room. As soon i entered to the room there was terrible smell of cigarettes. Room size was too tiny and without ventilation. They allow smoking at the room. So, room was smelling like cigarette. Bed sheet & blankets were too dirty, pillow was full of fungus and dirty and stinky. When i complained to manger he become aggressive and rude blamed me for booking Basically, hotel is trapping user with high rate and old room pictures without mentioning room size and incorrect amenities information. Only advantage was location. Overall, i find it most 3rd class hotel.

Good hotel to stay however rooms are small & not suitable for families but cleaning & other things are good. Staff behaviour is excellent even they allowed us for extra 1 hour during checkout. over all rating is 4/5.

Hotel staff was very cooperative and helpful. Although one issue is make my trip is allowing 3 persons in standard room which are not comfortable enough. Still the hotel staff was so professional and helpful.

The location is very good, on the park street. Just 100 mots from metro station. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite big. The breakfast is very affordable and the services are quite good. Best part each room has a ceiling fan which gives me a feel home feeling

Good hotel wrt to location good staff good service. The hotel's location is good, situated close to major attractions and well-connected by transport. The room was okay, clean, and having amenities. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet offered a good array of options.

Although the hotel location is good, but the room size and cleanliness leaves lot to be desired. The staff cleaned room only on second day of my stay.

Extremely convenient location for all kinds of amenities - like food outlets, taxi pick up/drop off, shopping stores - stayed for quite a few days at a stretch - staff were friendly and willing to extent necessary assistance as and when required. Room was cozy and comfortable. Overtime, i got more settled in my room. Only suggestion is about the cleanliness of certain areas which can be supervised - it has lots of improvement scopes.

In prime location in heart of kolkata. Rooms are bit small but clean and hygiene. Amenities and aervice is good.

Superb place to stay in kolkata. Start of park street food available and lots of other prominent qsr chains available. In terms of cleaning. It was excellent. The best part of this property is near the metro station and you can go anywhere where you want to go. Staff behaviour was good. Thank you for such lovely hospitality.
