I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. First of all, they mentioned that a welcome drink would be provided on arrival, but it was never served. The worst part of my stay was the reception told me that he will arrange a hard bed as per the request, but I called them 6 times no response after 2 hours he confirmed me that it's not possible and the time was 1:30pm, very unprofessional behaviour of the staff, they don't think to call back and confirm .This is not just careless; it’s highly insensitive and unacceptable, Additionally, the room was far from comfortable and the phone is not working. the stay extremely unpleasant. I would not recommend staying here, Very un-peofessional staffs. They don't know basic courtesy.

The property is centrally located. They have an efficient front desk which help in quick check in. Problem is with the house keeping. They take avg of 25 to 30 mins for requests like water or bathroom essentials. Phone engaged most of the time. You need to followup with front desk multiple times before someone attends. There is no sense of urgency on guest request. Do not visit if you are a business travelller. Room aesthetics are good but the lenin is ordinary, specially the towels. Tv not functional & the food very ordinary. 2nd part of the review the entire building is leaking from roof, with buckets kept to collect the spillages, the bathroom sanitary fittings are rusted & need replacement.
