location is good where u can explore waterfalls, cafe, spa, Ram & Laxman jhoola nearby. Property is good needs to ne maintained. Breakfast menu was not good and bathrooms needs to be maintained where drainage dosent work properly and shower gel not provided. staff was good and friendly.

Property is located within city area. Room was spacious and met four ⭐ standards. Food was excellent and was at par with any 5 ⭐ hotel. We can't compare this to hotels in mussoorie or nainital, as one can find lot better options there. However, it is one of the best options in Rishikesh.
