The property is new and well maintained …location is also very good …near to many good cafés and also nearby there is a ferry station from where u can go to the swargashram side of Ganges…we didn’t know this until our last day and we had to travel a long way to reach freedom cafe and little Buddha cafe ..even google maps didn’t suggest us this route …but by this route u can easily reach the other side in 8 min from hotel ….the only thing which needs improvement is the food …I think hotel should increase the breakfast spread

ZANA by Ganges is a new property at a walking distance from Laxman Jhula. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The rooftop restaurant offers very good food and the view is just amazing. The children had a great time in the rooftop swimming pool. Overall, great stay and will highly recommend.

horrible experience. No kids play area. Very dirty pool. Very limited options in breakfast and dinner. Orange juice was bitter in taste. Moreover, dinner timing was 7.30 but buffet was not ready till 9 pm. They don't want to provide any service and the staff argues with the guests on everything as they don't want to admit their mistake.
