साक्षी, विक्रम, shweta, Aditya we had wonderful stay at Zana. Newly built clean well maintained property with spacious rooms. Food was just amazing. Staff at reception, housekeeping and restaurant are very helpful and friendly, specially to mention Sakshi, Vikram, Shweta, Aditya.

Wonderful stay

ZANA by Ganges is a new property at a walking distance from Laxman Jhula. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The rooftop restaurant offers very good food and the view is just amazing. The children had a great time in the rooftop swimming pool. Overall, great stay and will highly recommend.

Nice property with rude staff ( security staff) misbehaved with guests and never apologised and commented on swimming wear clothes. They have no guidebook or rules related to pool usage and yet misbehaved regarding clothing.

Terrible Stay

horrible experience. No kids play area. Very dirty pool. Very limited options in breakfast and dinner. Orange juice was bitter in taste. Moreover, dinner timing was 7.30 but buffet was not ready till 9 pm. They don't want to provide any service and the staff argues with the guests on everything as they don't want to admit their mistake.
