Exceptional service by the team after a complaint made. They made sure to cover for their mistakes and made the entire very memorable and comfortable. In room dining food was delicious.

Literally speechless. Perfect stay with perfect staff and services. Im overwhelmed with the amount of love and care they provided while we stayed. Top notch services, cleaning and everything. The evening pooja specially organised by them to the food, everything was just great.

the property is nice, located a bit far and above shivpuri. the food though expensive is yummy 😋..the river banks of Ganges ..the view is breathtaking...though a little trek is required to reach it...also it closes by 4 30 pm in evening due to safety reasons... infinity pool was an awesome highlight with steam and sauna facilities

I recently stayed at Roseate Ganges, Rishikesh, and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The spa services were top-notch and incredibly relaxing. The food was delicious, offering a variety of well-prepared dishes. However, the one drawback is the size of the property—it’s smaller than expected. While it didn’t take away from the quality of the services, it might feel a bit compact if you’re looking for a large, expansive resort. If you’re seeking a tranquil and intimate retreat with great service, this is still a solid choice!

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. However, I did notice that some areas, like the bathroom, could use minor updates for a fresher look. The view from the room was lovely, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

Had an exceptional experience! the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning interior. The staff were friendly and attentive. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated. The amenities were top-notch. Had amazing dinner at chidiya ghar, their restaurant.

Beautiful location but i was super disappointed upon having too limited breakfast menu. It pissed my mind and then the staff arranged a pasta.

Not at all worth the price they are charging. Hospitality lacked warmth as is expected from roseate. Room service was very slow and wifi didn’t work properly even after the technicians visit in the room. To visit the ganga river you have to do a trek of about 250 uneven steps, not at all suitable for elderly. Would not at all recommend roseate.

While the location, overall ambience and staff warmth was good, but did not like the room layout and quality of beds and mattresses etc. Found the property over priced

It was a great stay. This lovely property is right in the middle of mountains and forest. The villas are well appointed and cosy, though the lighting could be brighter

Visited Roseate Ganges recently and the property is quite beautiful. The food too is very nice and customisation just makes it perfect. One feedback - please avoid using plastic bottles for water and toiletries in rooms 🙂

Hi this is gaurav kumar goyal i have booked a room at the roseate gang-es from 20th septa to 21st sep. I chose luxe great value package from your app which has many other inclusions like beer & credit on meal & spa. But those inclusions are not mentioned specifically in the voucher that you have sent us for the room & that is why the hotel is not redeeming those inclusions. So please send us the detailed voucher or talk to the hotel management.

It was a lovely state only the manager at the night duty was a bit rude. Rest man-vi looked deeply into all matters and made the most of it for us to stay comfortably and well. Thank you roseate.

Our stay in roseate was pretty unplanned, but it turned out to be blessing in disguise. The cottages are designed for a great retreat from the hustle bustle of city life. The private gang-es visit is an icing on top. The staff are highly courteous, very well trained in hospitality. We especially give credit to susila who made every meal extra palatable by suggesting and helping with our choices. Kudos to the team. Just one suggestion though- choose a different for coffeemaker(room pantry) - most indians will not prefer washroom combined with tea maker space. On the whole i will rate them 9 on 10
