In short it was more than pathetic, everything about this hotel is shit. Smelly pool, food is terrible, breakfast is will finish before 10, pathetic service and staff won’t respond to calls. This is my worst experience in any hotel.

Great place but a bit out of reach.

Had a fun time at this place. The view is amazing and the staff is warm and welcoming. The food is decent. Has a lot of fun activities you can partake in. The only downside being the road to the resort. The last 2-3 km stretch to the place is quite steep and can be tricky, especially during the rains.

There was a smell in the resort washroom and the service of the staff was very slow. I am totally disappointed about the food as all the rooms were full and they had only 2 staff members who were not able to provide the services. The best part was the service, generally after checkin people dont take care but here in this resprt staff took care of each and everything starting from breakfast lunch and dinner, apart from this everything was very good. Near adventure factory

The location is a bit far from rishikesh but its a great property. Bank of ganga maiya, rafting, bungee jumping all activities are accessible from here and can be seen from room view. The stay was pleasant and the dinner and snacks was awesome. Breakfast was just okay, not commendable. Adventure factory is just next to this property - just walking distance. I would recommend to stay atleast for a night there.

Best hospitality. Good view and comfortable stay. Food was delicious and service was quick. Indoor swimming pool is cherry on the cake.
