We had a wonderful stay at Divine Resort, Rishikesh. The location is beautiful, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made our trip truly relaxing. What stood out the most was the kindness and hospitality of the entire Divine Resorts & Spa staff. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Mr. Rajat from the restaurant service team. His professionalism, prompt service, and warm attitude made every dining experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure that guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you to the entire team at Divine Resort for making our stay memorable. We would be happy to visit again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rishikesh.

Overall, the room was nice and the Divine Resorts & Spa staff was very courteous and helpful, especially Aishwarya and the gentleman sitting behind her. A few things could be improved: - The welcome drink was not served, although it was not a major issue. also not even any particular welcome done. - The balcony door handle was very tight and difficult to operate. - There was an unpleasant smell coming from the washroom. - The dental kit was provided, but the toothpaste was missing. Overall, we had a good experience, and the staff service was particularly appreciated. Addressing these small issues would make the stay even better.

Overall stay accha raha. Rooms clean the, staff polite aur helpful tha, location bhi bahut achhi thi. Baaki sab cheezein satisfactory thi. Lekin ek bahut disappointing baat hui. Dinner ke time jo kheer serve ki gayi usme ek kida (insect) mila. Ye hygiene ke hisaab se bilkul acceptable nahi hai, especially itne reputed Divine Resorts & Spa se aisi ummeed nahi hoti. Umeed hai management is issue ko seriously lega aur kitchen ki cleanliness aur food quality par zyada dhyan dega taaki future guests ko aisi problem ka saamna na karna pade.

We had an amazing stay at Divine Resort and Spa. The rooms are absolutely excellent, and the restaurant amenities are top-notch. A huge shoutout to the staff—they are super good, incredibly friendly, and always ready to help. The Divine Resorts & Spa is in a prime location and offers multiple excellent services. A major highlight was getting the chance to attend the beautiful Ganga Aarti. Highly recommended!

The Divine Resorts & Spa is amazing. Property has a lot of facilities to enjoy and also allows you to witness the sunset directly from their view point. They have their own private Ganga Aarti and once can also go to Ganga with a supervised guard. Food and snacks are amazing. The service is also very nice. MMT upgraded our room to a Ganga View room which made the whole experience a lot better.

Great location. Private ghat is a highlight, excellent views of the Ganges and the hills. Food good and live music make it better for dinner. Lot of improvement requires on breakfast. South Indian was poor and everything oily. I liked the aromatherapy session, it was really worth
