Do not expect this a luxury resort. Rooms are not well maintained, flies can come in. Washrooms are smelly. Pros are helpdesk listens everytime you call for help. Food is pricey as compare to resort built and condition.

The stay at Neeraj Resort was pleasant. The staffs were super friendly nature. The food was also very delicious. I really appreciate they made sure we reach on time as one side road was closed due to bad weather.

It was a great time we had at this property. The staff is cordial. However we feel there is room for improvement - Elevators installation are a must. deluxe rooms should also have small refrigerators and the maintenance of plumbing is needed. paintwork also is needed in a timely manner, etc. The activity room should have good care taking - the exercising machines like the treadmill & cycling machine should be replaced with the new ones & even the guests are not told about that sort of hidden area...not sure spa is working, jacuzzi should also be deployed and if possible upgrade the swimming pool with temperature controlled water . However the private pool is a good initiative. More al a carte menu is needed as it seems a bit limited as delivery of outside food is kind of a far fetched option there.

We had a wonderful experience at Neeraj River Forest Resort. The property is beautifully maintained and offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The food was delicious with a good variety to suit all tastes, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. The swimming pool and private pool were both clean and refreshingāperfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. The presence of rabbits and ducks was a delightful surprise, especially for the kidsāthey absolutely loved interacting with them! A special mention to Ms. Priya Malik, who took us for the aarti at Triveni Ghat. Her warm and friendly nature made the experience even more memorable and spiritual. Her guidance and care truly stood out. Overall, a great stay filled with comfort, joy, and beautiful memories. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a good location and the staff was polite. The room was clean but felt a bit small. Bathroom was clean, but there was a problem with hot water. Breakfast was average with limited variety. Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but thereās definitely room for improvement. Stayed at the resort for our weekend vacation and it turned out to be a perfect property surrounded by Ganga barrage and the mountains. It is a perfect place to enjoy the natural beauty and experience the serenity of River Ganga. The property has swings, pool, rabbits, ducks, indoor games to keep the kids engaged.The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. Their hospitality is exceptionally good and all of them have warmth in their actions. GM Mr Tarun Roy makes personal effort to ensure comfort of all the guests. Look forward to our next trip soon.
