Good place to stay. A stone's throw away from the adventure park with guests getting a discount. Though for other sources of entertainment you will have to travel long distances. Hotel property itself is well maintained. Food is good though slightly on the costly side. Staff is helpful.

The resort location , food and ambiance Excellent, Needs to update staff quality and billing system, because in our 4 deluxe room bookings 10% Extra discount on food & beverages, but restaurant given us on only food items and saying on tea , coffee and cold drinks we don't give discounts on these beverages, but after arguments he understands these items come under beverages and given us 10 % discounts. Overall the Resort is good.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. The only positive aspect was its convenient location, which made getting around easier. However, the food quality was below par, and the amenities provided were far from satisfactory. The overall service was appalling, with staff being unresponsive and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The property's location was right on the highway at the base of shivpuri. The food was god level good. The housekeeping was slow at times but to a manageable level. The roof top deck gives a mesmerizing view in the morning which is unparallel. Since the hotel is just 200-300 metres from the gang-es river, we managed to access multiple activities.

It was a pleasant stay. Although the rooms were old but staff were courteous. Food quality is good. Will recommend this property to others

The property is situated on the outskirts of the city on highway going to badrinath. Well maintained property with polite staff & good food. Very nice & large swimming pool as well as outdoor lawns.

One of the worst properties in rishikesh. It is in a remote location in rishikesh; moreover, you can not get any transportation. Transportation costs will be too high. there are no facilities at all. Rooms are different than pictures! it was the worst breakfast we experienced in my life. Terr-if is too high. I was attracted because of the name shiva but they allow non-veg! bathroom door was also not able to lock! please if you want to spoil your trip then only book this highway hotel.

Location - it's situated in shivpuri 15km ahead of rishikesh. Bang on the adventure activities location. Food - taste is awesome however i feel it is a little costlier compared to same category resorts. Service - pathetic service, staff is not at all proactive. Every time i used to call them 4-5 times for towels, kit, napkins, rolls etc.

The swimming pool was not clean properly. At the time of booking the room view is himalayan but not good view
