hotel expensive and parking person always extra charge for parking and room is good not best and food is ok type

highly priced over amenities. not at all advised if travelling with Family. no swimming pool. Good Place if you want to have peg with friends on river side. that is allowed everywhere in property.

location was shady ... but view from the hotel was good... food , bedsheets, washroom, very unhygienic... My kid and I got food poisoning after the trip .. please don't go if you want a healthy stomach but if you want a good view from the hotel you can go but don't think about the hygienic aura tgen

I am a repeat customer of this hotel , just because of the location but this time their service was even below 2 star hotel. it is just like dharamshala now .. 1) No towels in the room. 2) Bedsheets were dirty . 3) The bucket in the bathroom was soo dirty. 4) they did not have a proper mattress . They joined two single beds in-order to make a double bed , that's also with different height of mattress. when complained about it , they provided a set of mattresses. The new mattress was soo hard . it caused me back pain. I need my money back

The stay was bad. They provide you wifi but with no internet. The food quality was not good. The breakfast was insufficient for all the people staying and the quality was not good either. However, the staff was friendly and the location is picturesque.

There was no power back up and could not sleep whole night since there was no power. Could not reach anyone at night to complain or request. The reception was closed and there was absolutely no one we could reach out to. Tried all the numbers mentioned but in vain. Also we had selected breakfast option with the room which costed us extra 1700rs but all they had was aloo paratha and nothing. Later we noticed that for the yoga retreat people they had a buffet t spread for breakfast which had so many food items. We could have had a royal breakfast somewhere outside for the money they charged for breakfast inclusion. Would definitely not recommend this hotel for families. Worst experience ever.

Everything was fantastic. Get proper support from mr. Kishor(reception staff) and mr. Vinod (driver)

Overall everything are good staff behaviour good & canteen food are very tasty. But only one issue, hotel to main road is not good,

First of all this hotel is not safe for family and couples. People’s are smoking weed in restaurant. Drinking beer in front of hotel. Ac is not working for some of the rooms. Very basic hotel, not at all 3 star. Parking and way to hotel is biggest challenge. Only the view from hotel is good rest is pathetic. Think before booking this property

Worst experience of my entire tour. Waste of money. They charge only and only for view. No proper hygiene maintain. Tv not working, wifi not working. Really this is waste of money. Only staff is supportive food is average

It was worst and one should go for ashram than to this property - no hygine, cleanliness and even basic bad or mirror.

Our stay was excellent with amazing ganga view. Food quality was too good and quick room service. Staff was so cooperative and well mannered. Our pick up was with mr. Vinod ( driver), such a nice guy with polite behaviour. Thanks make my trip for suggesting such a beautiful stay.

View is good as all room faces ganges river. Food is also good na value for money but main issue is access to main road. Only option to get to the hotel is walking through very bad road alongside river or hotel cab which they have only 1 and one have to wait for long for that as it occupied mostly in picking and dropping the travellers

It was pathetic, bedsheets were not clean, it was very unhygienic with some weird smell in room. Worst experience ever. Even ac wasn't working.

Reachability and hygiene is pathetic. Rooms are very basic. Although it is written that only male groups and liquor is not allowed but they permit them. Had a very bad experience where a group of boys played loud music till late night with drinks outside in the common area. Not suitable for families. Food is also not good with no hygiene maintenance. Only plus point is the view of ganga.

The hotel is a very basic hotel (don't expect cupboard, lockers etc) but it's one of the best hotel considering its price. Rooms & washrooms were clean. Staff is polite. The main advantage of this hotel is its location and view. You can enjoy the view of ganga and mountains from the outside on the ground floor. Staff will arrange table chair also so that you can sit there and enjoy the view while having dinner. There is a narrow path near the entrance of hotel using which you. Can go down near the ganga river also. Overall it was nice and comfortable considering its price point

This hotel denied check in inspite of confirmed booking. Both make my trip and this resort were blaming each other and we had to be on road along with children and senior citizens. Very unprofessional behaviour from mm t and hotel staff. Save your hard earned money and instead book some dharamshala, they will provide relatively better service. Worst experience ever.

Had an amazing time, such a serene place and the hotel is well managed. Hospitality of staff is appreciated. Harish ji and vinod have done tremendous job for customers care.

The location of the hotel is really nice, right next to the ganga. The only issue with the hotel is that there is no direct route to the hotel. We had to walk 200-300 meters to get to the hotel and the cabs also do not go till the hotel. Otherwise the stay was good.
