I stayed at Aloha on the Ganges for one night and was disappointed, especially considering it’s part of the , the room was basic with a blocked bathroom drain and no river view (that would cost ₹10,000 extra). The only good thing was the view of the Ganges, but access to the river was via a kucha road with no shuttle service. Customer service was terrible—I waited 7 hours for a callback and all they could offer was a generic apology. Activities like archery are overpriced (₹300 for one round), and the food was average at best. Dining with a view was only available at an à la carte restaurant, which meant extra costs. Overall, the hotel felt more like a budget stay than a luxury resort. I’ve stayed at several high-end properties across India, but never felt so scammed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Mixed feelings: great room, disappointing exterior and dining upon arrival, the hotel's facade was quite disappointing, giving the impression of a residential apartment complex rather than a hotel. This initial impression was reinforced by the shared elevator and staircase. Furthermore, we were particularly let down by the food at the patio restaurant. Despite the appealing descriptions on the menu and positive google reviews, the actual dining experience fell short of expectations. On the positive side, the room itself was nice and spacious, offering a comfortable and pleasant environment and the service is also great. As long as we were inside the room, our stay was agreeable. Definitely do not agree with the rating it’s received on any of the platforms unless this is the standard for rishikesh.

Not value for money since there are many rooms

property is located at a very nice place. rooms are very spacious. however, there are too many rooms for not so big property. It gets really crowded outside. Also, room service is not very good. Overall, this property is supposed to be premium since they are charging per night but I didn't get the experience.

It was a nice stay. Food was amazing. Ganga aarti was mesmerising. View of ganga river and mountains is a must visit again. Just table fan can be place under shed for parents sitting near swimming pol as it is very hot there.

Overall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.

Very poor experience for the price paid. Small rooms in the name of apartment and suits... no service, had to shift my own luggage. Horrible behaviour of the reception staffs, not quite trained. Same in the restaurant, they are very casual staff.
