The stay was really good and the food too. The hotel had a good parking facility too. Overall the view from the room and balcony was excellent and I would highly recommend the stay to my friends travelling to Rishikesh too.

Location on Google map is wrong. Hotel is old and service is terrible. Staf is rude for hospitality business. No hot water even after asking staff, only reply was wait for 10mims and hot water will come. Breakfast is not great, when asked for hot dish they took the same one and reheated same and said it's fresh preparation.

The property was very old and cleanliness was not maintained. The pictures on the site are when of it was newly built. The breakfast buffet started almost an hour late.

A room which have 3 beds is worst A room which has three beds is totally possible. There is no space in the room, totally.

Rooms are spacious, clean and amazing mountains view from the balcony. Staff is super cooperative and extremely polite. It was my 3rd stay and going to visit again in end of August.

I was having my breakfast early in the morning along with my family and suddenly I found one cockroach in masala Dosa at the time of eating the same. I asked the hotel staff to call the manager to report the same. But unfortunately no one came to look into the matter. Then few hours later the checked out from the Hotel.

Room provided without lift which is ok as it is mentioned in booking. Following are the issue’s despite being the frequent and well known customer. 1) No telecom or intercom for room service or orders. 2) Wi-Fi not connected, after struggling for 2hours it is fixed. 3) Room is not ready despite check in at 4:00pm, while checkin room is still cleaning, mirror & TV not fixed in position 4) Washroom is not properly finished, soaps not available in boxes, toilet shower is choked. 5) Bed sheet is small in size, one side fixed other side loose. 6) No digital card lock is available, room no plate missing.

Breakfast was bad also their crockery was extremely old and dirty.It has to be replaced with new one.

worst experience of my life. to start with breakfast was pathetic, didn't had even basic bread butter in menu. staff was rude , room was very basic and didn't justified the price. bed sheet was torn and overall experience is terrible. disappointed as it was in MMT recommended list whereas property was below below average

We had a pleasant time at the hotel. Rooms were well maintained and hygienic. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good as well. Highly recommend to stay here when in Rishikesh.

it was a pleasant stay. good rooms. lift and food need some improvement. it is in street. so car driver may get confused while coming first time.

Hotel is not on the main road but they have ample parking space. location is close to all main attractions. hotel is situated in market area. all Cafe, restaurants, daily need shop are nearby. this was value for money.

I recently stayed at hotel and had a mixed experience. The food was delicious, and the hotel's proximity to the ghat walking area was a definite plus. The parking space was also ample. However, the room I was initially assigned was small, just like in the pictures. Fortunately, the hotel staff accommodated my request to change rooms without any additional cost. One major drawback was the noise level. Due to the use of temporary materials like iron ladders, I could hear the sound of people walking on the stairs, which was distracting. Considering the hotel's budget-friendly pricing, I'd recommend it for groups of friends. However, for families, you might want to explore other options due to the congestion and noise.

Comfortable stay hotel staff was very nice and cooperative food was also good rooms were hygienic and clean
