The room was not clean and the bathroom was too scary as spiders and small insects were openly walking. Cocroches are also staying with us in the room. Overall the room cost should be 500 only, very bad experience.

Doors should be properly en-tact so that outside noise can't be entered in the rooms. Further, no proper parking arrangements are there. No proper staff deputed for all the works. No tea arrangements were there

Okay room! but need to repair.

Room was okay but washroom is so terrible, very tiny with water problem, wash basin was not working properly. I told them to clean they did the cleaning but because of water problem, water was coming outside the bathroom again and again. No problem with service they were good, staff was polite.

Rooms are good, staff is also good. But bathroom is not well-maintained. There is no children play area, as it was mentioned in description.

Had an amazing experience at the grand himalaya for a day. The rooms were quite neat and clean, the staff was very supportive. The hospitality was absolutely according to the prices.

Pathetic service of the hotel staff. They misbehave with the guests and not at all cooperative. Also, the hotel is not on the main road. Very bad experience with family and friends.
