Yoga school not a hotel

First of all, it is not a hotel it's a yoga school. Pic shown of the river is misleading as if it's a river view hotel. I went with my wife and 1 year old daughter and they don't have room service. You can't even order tea. The receptionist said that all the rooms are generally booked for foreigners who come for one month yoga course. He was unapologetic for everything and saying that i dont know how come this hotel showed as i have bookings starting from tomorrow. Now comes the worst part, the minimum you expect from a stay is a good room, but, here you will be frustrated. First of all they don't have tv as it's a yoga school, second if any food somehow falls on the floor or left open then an army of red ants shall come and bite you the whole night. The bed was not of a hotel quality it was broken as soon as we comforted ourself. Had to call the receptionist amd staff and then they changed the room. Overall it was a nightmare and worst ever experience i have ever had with a hotel or a stay.

The property is full of greenery, nice location and calm place. Don't feel any disturbance or interruptions. The manager is very friendly, supportive and helpful.

Terrible Stay

1)there is a tv in the room but we were not allowed to use. 2)there were frequent power cuts. 3)there was no intercom for communication with the reception. 4) no tea coffee in the room. 5) it was difficult to reach and find the place as there was no sign board at the hotel. 6) smelly washroom. 7)untidy and dirty bed sheets and pillows. 8) agent was not able to guide properly about how to reach the hotel.

Basically it's yoga school not a professional hotel. Manager is cooperative but for hot water in morning have to call three times. Not cost effective.

Poor Stay

No service, only two boy to take care for all things and they both have their time to rest in night and day also i check out in hotel room is OK no issue with it but no toiletries, towel in the room. I asked for towel they gave it in one hour. no tele phone working. you can get the tea in hotel not food. either you have to take from outside or they ordered for you by nearby hotel. when you asked to clean than only they cleans room otherwise no bed sheet changed in 3 days. only one time cleaning on my request.

Dear guest, house keeping is available only on request. You have not asked for bedsheet change so not done. We provide hand-wash and shower gel, both were in bathroom. We don't have in-house food facility that's why selling room on ep plan. After so many issues you recommended the hotel to your friend, thanks for that. Also your stay was only for 2 days not 3. We have given you 6 hr early check-in without any extra fee. Thanks.

Good room size, cleanliness is good, near to the market in tapovan, atm is nearby. Supportive staff and good service. 10 min from ramjhula and 20 min from neera water fall.
