Very nice experience at Taj hotel, good hospitality and room service.Good complimentary treats for kids and special occasions.

The property was fabulous. Room had excellent sea view. Gateway of India was seen from Room. Ambience was excellent. Food quality was extraordinary. Throughly enjoyed the stay.

The stay was amazing. I requested an early check-in and birthday celebration and the Taj team responded very quickly. The relationship officer Madam Habeer was very cooperative and arranged everything as requested for my wife's birthday. I thank you very much for their and to the entire team for assisting us in our stay at Taj Mahal Tower It was much more enjoyable. The food was very good. Everything was perfect.

Its only a brand name...No proper service....Only through legacy they are doing the business....No value for money

unfortunately there was an issue at the time of check in and it took about 3 hours from arrival to sort out the problem. however after this, the rest of the stay went well. beautiful place, venue and location. the hotel decor and ambience is historical and well kept.

The room was not sea facing despite my request it was small too. Worst the vouchers of 2500/- that was supposed to be handed over was not given they just bounced it of saying make my trip will send that over email and that don’t have any such thing going

I am Stay 1st time in Taaj.. But this is for my memorable.. we are going with my family for Celabration of Marriage Annuvesary.. All, Staff very coprative.. Nice food and Hospitility.. Thank you Taaj Team and Make my Trip Team

This was a gift for my mum on her birthday and she absolutely loved it. She was so happy with the hospitality and just the whole look and feel of the hotel.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The property is well-located with easy access to nearby attractions. Rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. Food quality was good with decent variety. Overall, excellent facilities and value for money.
