Hotel Manama

Location is ok, rooms aren’t in very good condition. Unpleasant smell all around the place. Not worth the expected amount.

Nice clean rooms, neat bed and clean bathroom, staff was polite and supportive. Breakfast was delicious and nice. Safe for family and kids. Good location near to Mumbai central station approximately 10-15 mins.

Pathetic experience. For the amount I’ve paid, the size of the rooms was soooo freaking small, AC wasn’t working and toilets were stinking. And the receptionists (both the guys) were extremely rude and had no manners of talking to their guests. The restaurant (charcoal zaika) was so freaking dirty, there was only garbage all around and dirty plates were given

Location of the hotel is very nearer to all tourist places Food from the restaurant is also very good Complimentary breakfast is also very good Good place to stay and access to all tourist places within walkable distance

Horrible experience. Worst hotel ever. It has deteriorated. My parents have stayed in this hotel in the past. It used to be good. The receptionist was very rude and sarcastic. The room service guys were very reluctant to change the bedsheets. Bathrooms are dirty with rusted doors and furniture. Flush was not working too. Worst thing of all the there are cockroaches in the room. Around midnight we started having rashes, skin redness in the whole body. We woke up and saw cockroach droppings everywhere on the bedsheets. we had to take antiallergic to get relief.

The rooms were good in side, well cleaned and nicely lit. The staff is courteous. The breakfast had good options and the food was tasty. Overall a good experience staying at Hotel Manama.

Room as per email city view ..but allotted ground floor room without ventilation...

Location is not good. Deluxe room booked but it is less than standard room only. Food ok. It is not worth for the amount paid. I won’t visit and stay here further.

The hotel situation in a prime location nearby CSMT, Food and services are good. Amenities also best

The rooms are not worthy of 3 Star. Expensive for its value. The towels and bedsheets had stains. Bathroom lock didn’t work. There’s no locking system in the room other than the key so even if you’re inside the room can still be opened by the key outside.

Good behaviour of all staff. Very neat and clean atmosphere

Helpful staff, good rooms, has an restaurant with buffet option overall experience was really good highly recommended

Old Non working AC , Dirty wash room, stinking smell in room , no mosquito repellent, uncomfortable bed, no jali in wash basin.

Things I didn't like- Room size not even 10x10. Bed size 6x5. Mattress quality very spongey. Seapage in wall. TV not working properly. Lines were coming on screen. Things I liked- Location is good. Food is good
