Hotel Landmark Fort

Literally the breakfast is very bad and not clean at all, it’s not worth the money . Room is clean however the food area is very bad

Unhygienic, small rooms, not worthy at all. Not even 1 star hotel. Only location is good rest nothing

The rooms are a bit small but the cleanliness and hygiene maintained was quite good and decent. The towels were changed daily and Shower gel & Shampoo were replenished regularly. Room service was also quite good and gave a quick response. The location near CST helps you to travel all over Mumbai. The breakfast was delicious and healthy.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel, which was advertised as a 4-star property. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect even a 2-star standard. Despite booking a City View King Size Bed room, I was provided with a room that had two small twin beds. I was informed at check-in that king-size beds are not available on the city view side—this was never mentioned during the booking process and feels misleading. The room was very small, lacked proper ventilation, and had a persistent unpleasant smell. Most concerning was a centipede crawling on my leg while I was sitting on the bed—this is entirely unacceptable and raises serious questions about cleanliness and hygiene standards. This experience was far below expectations, and I believe the hotel’s rating needs to be re-evaluated to prevent future guests from having a similarly disappointing stay.

The room, hygiene and cleanliness , bathroom, breakfast, dinner, service and people were all good. Location was also good. Enjoyed the stay for 6 long days with family.

Excellent stay, clean rooms and wonderful staff. Very close to cs t station. Ease of access. Good breakfast, served in restaurant and in room dining for lunch and dinner. No lunch and dinner in restaurant.

I found this property on makemytrip as i was looking to stay. As per the description we have got the clean room and excellent service. The room and bathroom were so clean and hygienic. However the room was a little small but comfortable for two people. Besides this, the breakfast was so good and the quality was even better. Overall it was a good experience. Thankyou.

Room was spic k and span with all necessary accessories and clean bed linen. Rest room was well stocked with toiletries and clean towels. Courteous and prompt service by all staff. Food was good.

The round were decent and clean, staff were really cooperative and nice, only little issue was a bit of suffocation in the rooms.

Loved the cleanliness, didn't like the food at all, location is also good. The room is spacious enough.

Washroom were compact but equipped with modren design and amenities that I appreciate to the architect who designed such beautiful washrooms. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast will not disappoint you, perfect enough to meet your taste and quality. Overall excellent stay for our family tour of 11 members.

Location is perfect for business traveller's. Amenities are equivalent to any star hotel excellent services

Decent hotel, very near to cs t station, suite room was excellent with nice interior. Very good breakfast and great service. If the price was little more competitive then it would have been awesome. Would definitely like to visit again.

The location is perfect if travel-ling from cs t railway station, however the hygienic part is very basic in the terrace restaurant. Had issues with the light in the room, which was not fixed despite assurances given.

The location of the property is very good. Any mode of transport is easily available. The service of the hotel staff is very fast. Only one thing was missing in rooms there were no clocks on the wall to check the time.

The stay was amazing. The rooms were clean enough. Overall a very good experience. The food was tasty.
