Hotel Imperial

hotel room was small and room services response is very slow need to improve

Terrible stay, AC is leaking, You have to ask every time for AC Remote, Breakfast denied then when we said that it included then they told u can choose on item out of three. List is long, not recommended

the room was small and dirty. toilet sit was broken and no towels were in the room and no toilet papers as well. staffs were no friendly and no co-oprative. also there were no facility for luggage storage. also they were not provided water bottle. so overall terrible experience and we'll not satisfied at all and never recommend to anyone and never visit again.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, which made the stay uncomfortable from the start. To make things worse, the air conditioning in my room was leaking water right over the bed, creating a frustrating situation.

The room was small, room service was not there. Basic amenities were absent. Waited 2 hours for one bottle of water.

Clean rooms, supporting staff, and nice arrangements the property is newly constructed and well-furnished.
