It’s was unhygienic and not organised at all, no proper mixed beds, no proper washroom, strictly suggest to not book the urban stay, as mineral water was also not available

"Where I stayed, the bathroom facilities were not proper, and there was also a bad smell in the room. There was only one bathroom, and even the geyser there was not working."

We stay are in this property from past 6 years, location is ok, earlier it was GoStop, but now new management took over with name, presently it’s in Pathetic condition, first time we Experienced BED BUGS🐞 , dirty rooms and unprofessional staff, and smelly rooms, zero Upgradation… Horrible Experience
