Hotel Grace

I have pay extra charge for early check in. Food quality is good. But hotel area not comfortable with family.

Rooms were very good, reception staff behaviour was not up to the mark, Location is ok

Behaviour of the staff is not good. Cleanliness is not taken care of. Amenities mentioned in the details are not provided. This hotel doesn’t have a proper entry. It is operational in 6th floor and you have to cross the goods godowns to reach the hotel.

Hotel is located in prime location like market , but on MMT its shaws grace hotel .. but hotel board is hotel victoria grace so its confusing finding hotel, secondly i have booked for 2 pax . They should keep bath towel for 2 . But they ro ided for only 01 i checked in at 2 pm approx n went out for my work to finish when we both came back at around 9pm they say laundry is closed, i said we have 2 occupancy but you provided only 01, the hotel person was least bothered to provide because laundary is closed.

they should explain about d location on d site... as family reaching there is an hassle but room was ok

Very very poor hotel and maneger behaves like he is a don of area plllzzz dont book this hotel..hotel staff also behaves like they are the gangsters of this area..

Location of the hotel was not good. Room was too small.

The location was horrible; it felt like living in a slum. The streets were full of laborers. If you go out with your family, they will stare intensely. Cabs will drop you 1 km away because the streets are congested with trucks and tempos. Definitely not recommended, especially if you are traveling with family.

Not a good place for family.. area was so terrible ... i think they should shut down the hotel.. .........

Hotel staff was not good they charge 300 rs for car parking in road side. Hotel has no own parking customers cars park in road side & they charge 300 rs for road parking also staff behaviour was not good

The hotel is newel y built, it was clean overall, but room service and maintenance of the property should be the areas to work on. The location is messy and you will not get convenience easily other than local train. Overall 3/5 experience

Location is very poor. It doesn’t look like a hotel from the front. Rooms are decently spaced. But room had a big rat! overall not a great property to stay but still better than the rest in the area

The location of the hotel is poor. The service was also disappointing; i requested an iron and waited for an hour without receiving it. The lack of respect for guests' time made for a very frustrating experience. Overall, it was a terrible stay.
