Room is average. Staff behavior is good but uncooperative. Hotel location is nearest to Masjid railway station.

hotel manager behavior is very bad no helpfull not provided booking 100 sq fit room provide very small and bad condition room he said cancel the bookings and complain enywhere

it is not a hotel it's a dump store. how to stay 4 guests in one ( 4×6 bed) no extra space in room where was my luggage on out side off the room

Worst experience ever. Images shown in listing are dummy images randomly taken from internet. Rooms are bathrooms and bathrooms are dustbins.

Small room and unclean, toilet is ugly and very very poor. But the service team is good. Please don't avoid such hotels and all.

The room was very dirty; rats were moving here and there throughout the entire night. There was a bad smell in the room. Many insects and mosquitoes were there. Overall, this was the worst stay in a hotel in my life that i will never forget. Though i booked the hotel based on trust, after this experience, i may have to think twice before booking any hotel. Please justify the quality of the hotel before showing. Otherwise, you may lose many valuable customers.

Booked a deluxe room very close to cs-mt railway station. Service and food was overall good but ac was not working properly and room condition need to improve overall a good and budget hotel

Very hecticful for anyone to find out the room. The surrounding of the hotel is not clean

First of all hotel is in 3 floor of some very old building ground floor is getting constructed for some other company 1 floor so many businesses people living there 2nd floor looks whole building is spitted and too dirty hotel rooms are full of insects too dirty very very small only one thing i like in hotel is staff is very helpful l and caring.

Room is not good amount is very high worst worst room in mumbai

We have to travel raduat tahera by walk it take 20 min. And we can go by taxi and bus it take 25- rs and 5.

This hotel in very crowded area and the hotel entrance is very dirty and hotel room itself is dusty and spider net. Used bedsheet. Just passed my time for 10 hours

Location is not so good and also lift is not working
From safety point of view its quite good but because there is construction going on the road so location is not that good
