Never got to stay here as they “forgot” our reservation despite personally contacting and confirming the reservation more than a month prior. Really poor service. They put us in their sister property, with no reduction in price, despite it being a lower quality hotel that had many roaches (AK Fort Hotel). Lots of “whoops sorry!” but no effort to make things better. With many options in the area, do yourself a favor and book with someone who will treat you and your family well.

Internal cleaning was good but they did not provide any single Drinking Bottle, Brush and chocolate..

I booked the stay via mmt at enigma inn in november. When i reached the hotel for check in, i was denied. The hotelier said their registry showed that the booking was cancel-led from mmt side. I called up the helpline number and he couldn’t help me either. The guy at the “helpline number” told me he could arrange a refund. I had a make a direct booking at the hotel for double amount. So far i havnt got my refund as well. Not satisfactory

Not worth for the money paid. no table or chairs, coffee making kit, toilet paper etc. We had to request for the water and room cleaning etc. Room is so small but clean. It has a very small name board outside and it was difficult to find it. It is situated in a market street and vegetable vendors occupy it's front side.

My check-in was late at night and they had locked the channel gate which gave access to the hotel premises. However, the hotel room was clean. Amenities are pretty basic; they provide one towel, soap n shampoo, room had geyser for hot water. Hotel is okay for a couple days if you wish to stay near south mumbai to get your work done.

Good location, services, good and low cost food from outside restaurent. In hotel's rooms are too small

The room was too small. No window/ventilation. Sounds from the next rooms and corridor were clearly audible.

Overall experience is good at this price point. Pros: 1. It is walking distance from cs t railway station. 2. Interior of hotel is maintained well. 3. Rooms are neat and clean. 4. Support staff are helpful and well mannered. Cons: 1. The hotel is located near sabji market. 2. Rooms are tiny. 3. No complementary water bottle is provided.
