Hotel Oasis

Property is ideally located to rails, restaurants, tourist area, museum, etc. It is rated one star, which I appreciated before arriving, having stayed in 2-4 star properties that disappointed, so my expectations were low. however, they have restaurant, room service, attentive staff, lift operator, clean, nice view, etc so I would not rate it as such, especially having stayed in many properties in Mumbai and India previously.

Indeed and certainly, It was an Excellent stay at Hotel Spice in Navi Mumbai! Friendly staff, delicious food, modern facilities, and great location. Highly recommend for business or leisure trips. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great value for money!

No staff is not good room quality is so poor overall worst condition

property location is good but staying there was not comfortable. While booking it was not clearly mentioned that it has a common bathroom system

The overall experience was good. The hotel staff was cooperative and helpful.

room space is too conjusted and felt security concern if you are planning to stay with family. further more most of hotel rooms' photos di not match with quality of hotels on the ground. i booked this hotel after feeling security issue with Hotel National - Grant Road when travelled with family but disappointed as observed same concern here as well. Booking amount also wasted as it was non refundable.

the room was not clean. cobwebs around. I was offered an attached bathroom at the time of booking, but had to manage with a shared bathroom

Rooms are small and it is expensive. However they are not providing minimum things. I won't recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nice and affordable. It's close to center point near fort. Cleaning on daily basis. Staff at reception quite humble. Everything available at phone call. Supportive staff is good. Very cooperative. Overall it's a pleasant experience.

Room was too small for double occupancy, selected this hotel due to proximity to required location. Amenities are not good, no bottled water supplied. Bed sheets were poor quality, no wifi horrible experience

Very small rooms & common toilets. The toilets were clean but the rooms were not that clean. Air conditioning was proper but the corridor was very noisy

The discount/coupon i used for booking a room on this hotel, were rejected when i reached the hotel. And i was accommodated with a relatively smaller room with a shared washroom. Geyser was available, yet no hot water when i took a bath, very underwhelming experience.

I booked the same room for my friend and i was shocked when they asked me only 2400 rs including taxes for one day, however my stay was more than 4700 rs per day. Mm t charging too high. It was my worst and will be my last experience with mmt.
