The rooms shown looked completely different from the actual ones — the reality was far from what was advertised. Overall, it turned out to be a pretty disappointing experience.

Hotel Room was very small and very suffocating.Bedsheets was not clean and bathroom as well food was not good.

With affordable budget and ample facility in cuff parade and colaba location.Staff is cooperative

Basic facilities like water soap paste brush and shampoo were not provided

I must say location is luxury but not the Hotel stay. They had charging 4-5k avg. per night but the room and washroom are poorly maintained. Washroom is very very congested with no hot water (1ltr. Geyser just show its ON but no hot water). Check-in/out timings are convenient. Hotel stuffs are friendly. They have in-house restaurant (ran by 3rd party) which is excellent in taste and service. Worst experience couple. i find rats today paid high very High price. not maintained properly. Small room Don't get influencer from Images online.

Hotel is good, at prime location. Rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Food is also good here. Staff are friendly and supportive. Breakfast options can include more items and parking space need improvement. I had to park my car on roadside. Overall experience was good.

🚨 not at all for family all the garbage and the waste over the balcony, broken fan, AC and broken taps not to book this hotel if you are travelling with your family

Room hygiene standards was not up to the mark. overall all food quality and service is below average. hotel stay is not worth compared to the overall charges

Hotel was charging extra for double occupancy in direct booking. So i booked through mmt, decent stay though

Stay was comfortable. No extra charges. Breakfast was awesome. Spacious room with easy kids accommodation.

Hotel stay was not that great. It is bit costly i felt. They dont even give the water bottle for complementary. Corridors are not clean. I didn’t take pictures

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Service was fast and good. Room was ok. Bathroom toilet seat was completely coming off. Lift not working at all and we were on the 3rd floor. Parking was not available on the road in front of the hotel because of some government digging work, but on a side road.
