Fridge wasn’t much in working condition. The receptionist could have provided some normal tour of the places with information on how to access things like geyser, important things a new traveller should be aware of.

I spent a night in 4-bed female dorm. Overall, my experience was good. However, they can improve the service level. The housekeeping staff was bit easy on answering requests. Common areas like the dining area should be given little make over and cleanliness should be checked upon. Location wise, it's your best bet as it's directly between Linking Road and SV Road that are full of cafes, restaurants, shopping outlets including street market. Five star for staff :)

Great for solo travelers

I stayed for 5 days here. The staff are polite and friendly. The location of the hostel is also good - near to airport and also the scenic places in Mumbai like the Gateway of India, Marine Line, Juhu beach, etc. The breakfast provided is good and the tea is awesome. The rooms are a little compact. You can work in the common area and in the cafeteria too. Cleanliness is maintained. I enjoyed my stay.

I really struggled because of language barrier and also l knew breakfast was included but was never informed from where. So been hungry and all yet paid for breakfast isn’t easy.
