Staffs good but room smells a lot

Room was smelling of dampness and its beds were smelly too....

It was nice stay, comparing with the Tarfif I am overall satisfied with the facilities and cleaniness. I will recommmod this property for single visitors with tight budget

I stayed at Qubestay in August 2025 and had an extremely unsafe experience. On check-in, a staff member jumped into my cubicle while I was inside, without permission. The next morning, he opened my curtain while I was still in bed — a complete invasion of privacy. When I complained, management was rude and dismissive. First they hung up on me, then gave contradictory excuses about CCTV (police won’t allow, already checked, bring a pendrive). They ignored my harassment complaints and only tried to protect their staff. As a solo woman traveler, I did not feel safe here. Strongly caution others against staying.

Comfortable and secure for a woman traveller, but following are the issues, Room no: B3 Cons: Rats running all over the armstrong fake ceiling throughout the night, which made the person feel vulnerable, annoyed and uncomfortable. No hot water in the bathroom. (Geyser non functioning) Two taps in the bathroom (one of them did not have aknob on it) Plus points: Courteous staff and provided two bottles of water and 1 chai and did not let the guest pay for it. (Really appreciated this)

The dorm is neat and clean specially the bathroom. walking distance from Sakinaka metro near Shell petrol pump. but the woe point is there were plenty bed bugs in FB3 bed which didn't allow me to sleep whole night.

there are so many rats in hotel....at night continously rats running making scary noise...no sleep due to noise.....very scary experience

worst hotel smells too bad.... don't recommend family and couples It's a horrible hotel stinks and staffing is too arrogant and not costumer friendly..... I never recommend this stay to families

I booked private room with attached bathroom. Room was extremely tiny, cockroaches were everywhere, room and corridor was smelly, breakfast was unhealthy and unhygienic

It's a good hotel overall experience was good But the breakfast was a bit disappointing

Very Bad Experience. Not good as showing in Photos. The Capsules are just like a washroom size. The Height of the capsule is approx 6 ft only and size of the capsule is around 5*5.3ft. We will never visit it again nor will recommend to anyone.

Very good room and great service. Friendly staff and reception. Overall a pleasant experience. Also the hotel is couple friendly.
