The main issue is the behaviour of the staff. Even though we booked an Executive Room, the facilities mentioned—such as an iron, ironing board, and other amenities—were not provided. This is the first time I have experienced a room without even an electric kettle. What more can I say? It was a very disappointing experience. We stayed for 5 days, and from the very first day we informed them about the housekeeping requirements, but nothing was done properly. Please improve your service. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It was not great .. very okay... the room is decent... the bed sheet was stained... water was not provided and kettle was not there... when I asked for water 1st I had to pay and then later when I went down they gave a free bottle. The kettle was also give after I asked for it

The location has restaurants nearby and transportation is also available with ease. The rooms are clean and neat though compact. The staff are nice and courteous. The breakfast could be improved upon. Overall a good stay.
