It's very bad that we can't go to wash room and no security its first time I have never seen before and one more this thay have no water to bathroom

The property was hard to find and the number of bathrooms per user was not enough.

Best hostel u have visited ever ,it does not look like regular hostels ,

Comfortable staying with a good location

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent stay I had at a hostel in Mumbai. My experience at the property was far below expectations, and I believe it is important to bring this to your attention so that you may look into it and take appropriate action. Unfortunately, the stay was plagued by multiple issues, briefly list key problems, e.g., unclean rooms, poor customer service, noisy environment, broken amenities, safety concerns, etc. These problems significantly affected my stay plans and I didn't check-in. I was expecting better service and a more comfortable environment.

Owner was nice but rooms were suffocating. People distrubing at night even. Woke up to find a mouse staring at me from a gap in the wall. Free breakfast was a joke. If you are travelling as a tourist then its good, not for work.

The place was great, all the amenities were just at a walking distance. I could go to the bandstand on foot if i wanted and local station was nearby. The staff was helpful and the place was mostly clean

Super amazing place great vibes and clean! Totally recommend to stay if you are a solo traveler looking to network with new people

This hostel has always been a comfortable space at such an affordable price, it was amazing.

Namastey has been the best experience for me as a solo traveler. Amazing place, great people and a very friendly host. Very good vibes and will recommend 10/10.

I had an absolute stay at the hotel as it was centrally located which gave me an easy access to my places of travel. The staff was nice and humble and the dorms were also plea-sent at the same time. It was a great stay i can say but the only con is they don't allot you a bed until 11 even if you've arrived early.

Worst airlines refund and hotel pics are great, but, originally different and where mm t are best to raise hands"we can't help, it's your booking. Only review and ratings to make fool of other upcoming customer

I was traveling mumbai for a shoot and first time i have booked from mmt it was great experience at the mumbai backpackers very nice place to stay atmosphere is very positive and it's located in core area of mumbai and mm-ts hazzalefree booking system is fabulous

It's a nice property but food can improve A LOT! Also the rooms are very dark not enpugh lighting inside. Otherwise nice

Good hostel. Hygienic. But no alcohol allowed. Very difficult to locate the place as there are no signs or boards literally anywhere and it's inside the alleys

Its crazy and perfect and peaceful i enjoyed host and people and breakfast every one is good it was a great experience
