I reached after check in time even then i was asked to wait for 10 mins and even after 20 minutes reception girl was not in a mood to allow for check in over all not a satisfactory experience

The ambience, the hospitality and the food is really good, the place totally justifes the cost and the staff is really good. Only thing which can be is improved check out time at least keep it 12:00, rest it was a wonderful day over there, I had booked the hotel as a surprise for my wife and the hotel really arranged a lovely cake which made our celebration more lively
