Dear Mr. Ali, We regret to hear about your dissatisfaction. However, we would like to clarify a few points. The booking was confirmed for two guests only, and as per government regulations, all occupants must provide valid ID at the time of check-in. Despite our repeated requests, this was not followed. Additionally, you accessed a room which was not allotted to you and then raised concerns regarding its condition. Please note that the towel picture shared is not from the allotted room. The main issue arose as we could not permit more than two guests without valid IDs in the same room, in line with hotel and local compliance policies. While we don’t have a lift due to the hotel's structure, we are exploring options to assist guests with heavy luggage. As for the road repair, it is under the local municipality's control; however, I am speaking with them regularly to improve access for our guests.
