Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Goa

It was an amazing stay with Taj Fort Agauda Resort, I loved delicious food and in house hospitality.

IMO Taj Fort Aguada is the most gorgeous resort with absolutely stunning view of Arabian Sea in Goa! This is like a hill resort on top a hill & fort overlooking the sea☺️ The moment you walk into the lounge you are mesmerised by the view of sea and warm welcoming of the staff. We stayed in Sea View Villa and felt so relaxed and distressed by just watching beautiful yet dense trees and majestic view of the sea. The sound of birds and waves made mornings and evenings a blessing! Do take a walk around the property to sunset point and enjoy the serene atmosphere and nature. SFX has to be the best bar with the best view of the sea. Paper Moon serves delicious authentic Italian food. My kids wanted us to extend our stay over there! I wish we could have spent more evenings and nights at Fort Aguada. We shall be visiting very sooooon...

My room number was 132. And there was no internet there. This was the problem with my stay. Food was good. Service was good. The only thing which sucks my stay is WiFi. We complaint also. Still after that. WiFi sucks.

h could be better - The pool - not big enough and was always over crowded. There is an alternate pool for those who have booked hermitage villas, but the main pool for such a resort should be bigger , although the view from the pool is awesome. I hate to criticize the rooms, but it did feel like the rooms while giving a heritage feel, were not very practical. No closed wardrobe, all items like hair dryer and kettle being glued to drawers feel tacky - Not many places to keep our clothes neatly arranged. Fittings are also old and some of the drawer handles were breaking. The bathroom also felt the same way, the tub was added in such a way that access to the shower area is difficult. The lobby while looking luxurious does not having airconditioning which made it impossible to sit in the afternoons or even in the sultry goan evenings. Overall it’s a very nice resort in a great location. It perhaps misses its mark on a few things on practicality and maybe some wow factor which makes us feel as though it’s definitely not enough value for the money paid.

It was a wonderful experience, services are great and food is simply delicious. The resort offers a great experience for a beach lover, a must visit!

The property is at an amazing location. In the midst of mountain, surrounded by greenery. We designed cottages and villas. The service was excellent.

I have been to Taj properties before, and also one which is adjacent to this one, this time it was Taj Fort Aguada, and I must tell Taj never fails to surprise you. the complete team at Taj Fort Aguada was superb. from the Valet guys to the guys helping us checking in and the whole team at the restaurant. Taj is one of the best hotel brands in India and they are so humble, supportive and make you feel like a prince or something like that. I really appreciate all their efforts to make our stay comfortable and memorable. the only thing I was not satisfied with was the shower of room 107, but rest everything was top notch. one must go if they want to experience royalty.

Didn't like the service. Room service was very slow. Even for giving drinking water they were taking 30 mins that too when followed up thrice.

Overall stay at their Hermitage Villa was excellent. Lovely property, excellent staff and food. During our stay they sent us some gifts as a part of their magic moments initiative for their guest

The stay was excellent , it started with a nice welcome gift. The property is located just beside the beach and Aguada fort. The breakfast had nice spread with live counter which served pancakes and waffles. My kids enjoyed a lot. The arrangements which I requested for my wife’s Birthday were awesome. Overall rating 10/10. Just amazing experience .

Fantastic Taj service from checkin to check out. Newly renovated section, beautiful rooms exquisitely done up. Multiple activities for kids throughout the day. Great benefit is guests can access Taj Village too. On demand Shuttles available through the day. Diverse food options, bars and live music events during evenings. Overall a great stay for all members of the family.

Like other Taj properties, this property has very friendly and courteous staff. Hospitality is great but the property itself is not in great shape. Road to enter in the property is always jam packed with vehicles as it shares same road as public beach. This is an outdoor property so things are getting bit rusty in the rooms. Customers are charged extra for sit out area but it’s entirely unusable as its not cleaned or maintained by the staff. Property description mentioned twin bed rooms with sea view but that’s hardly the case. None of the rooms actually can fit twin beds and sea view is very small to pay premium charges. Kokum restaurant staff is great but the size of this restaurant is not enough to serve its guest hence there might be at times long queue which is bit disappointing especially after paying 35k+ INR per night.
