Situated at perfect location near to famous Brigade and MG Road staff is good Rooms are clean and spacious

This was an overnight stay, and it was really worth the money: - The staff was courteous and helpful including those at the registration desk, the manager, the housekeeping staff, and the restaurant staff at Mynt. - The linen was clean and spotless as is the quality at any Taj property. - The room was well illuminated, and well- stocked with toiletries - The swimming pool was clean, and well- stocked with towels, and there were plenty of umbrellas and beach chairs to rest - The breakfast buffet was good and plenty of options including continental, english breakfast, north indian, and southern indian options. The head chef and the manager also checked on every tables from time to time in case of any additional requirement. - Had reserved for dinner, and had opted for the 5 course Europeon menu, which was really tasty and light... It included a green salad with olive oil, salt, pepper and goat cheese dressing, pumpkin soup, cajun fried chicken, panko fried fish with mashed potato, grilled vegetables, pilaf rice, and a caramel custard... On request they even changed the custard to a chocolate pastry.

During check in, they said they have given a two level upgrade above the room i booked, but the room i booked had more features than the room they upgraded me to. Not sure, if it was a real upgrade or a gimmick. And a taj gift card was offered as a compliment of my booking, which was never sent to my mail or WhatsApp. Unsure if mmt or vivanta is responsible as both didn't resolve when i raised concerns.

Excellent location. Easy access to Metro station. Lot of good restaurants in and around the property.

Best location to stay in Bangalore for anyone visiting to see the vibes of bangalore city. Rooms and service is also good.

I had a pleasant one-day stay at Vivanta Residency Bangalore with my family. The location is convenient, staff were very helpful and well-mannered, and the food was delicious with plenty of options.

It' was an excellent experience in vivanta. Hoping to see more trips.

Stayed at Vivanta Residency Road, Bangalore – overall a good experience with courteous staff, well-kept rooms, and a central location. However, the breakfast spread felt quite basic compared to the lavish options the group is known for. Also, my cousin brothers were not allowed to visit my room despite one staff initially agreeing after ID checks, while another later denied it citing a 9 pm cutoff, so we had to sit in the lobby for hours. A bit more consistency and flexibility would have made the stay much better.

Initially had some issues, but they helped us a lot. Service was top notch, tasty buffet. Overall an excellent stay.

Location is very close to all shopping areas. Central place. Hotel had good ambience and staff very kind. Food was good.

It was comfortable and nice! Location was prominent. Hotel was strategically located and well connected with other parts of city.

Rooms are very congested. Sofa was narrow . So uncomfortable to sit. Handwash soap was there , which is unhygienic. Pl provide handwash gel in bottle . Restaurant food was below average.

Nice stay in the centre of the city. Very convenient place. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Poolside rooms are more quite.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.

Location of property is excellent , right next to Brigade Road on Residency Road . Staff is very courteous and helpful . Room size is compact which is ok for 1 person . Food variety and taste Is excellent with big portion sizes . For hanging clothes closed cupboards should be made . Duvet cleanliness needs to be better - found spider one day and yellow stains other day .
