Stayed at Vivanta Residency Road, Bangalore – overall a good experience with courteous staff, well-kept rooms, and a central location. However, the breakfast spread felt quite basic compared to the lavish options the group is known for. Also, my cousin brothers were not allowed to visit my room despite one staff initially agreeing after ID checks, while another later denied it citing a 9 pm cutoff, so we had to sit in the lobby for hours. A bit more consistency and flexibility would have made the stay much better.

Initially had some issues, but they helped us a lot. Service was top notch, tasty buffet. Overall an excellent stay.

Location is very close to all shopping areas. Central place. Hotel had good ambience and staff very kind. Food was good.

It was comfortable and nice! Location was prominent. Hotel was strategically located and well connected with other parts of city.

Rooms are very congested. Sofa was narrow . So uncomfortable to sit. Handwash soap was there , which is unhygienic. Pl provide handwash gel in bottle . Restaurant food was below average.

Nice stay in the centre of the city. Very convenient place. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Poolside rooms are more quite.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. It was close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.

Location of property is excellent , right next to Brigade Road on Residency Road . Staff is very courteous and helpful . Room size is compact which is ok for 1 person . Food variety and taste Is excellent with big portion sizes . For hanging clothes closed cupboards should be made . Duvet cleanliness needs to be better - found spider one day and yellow stains other day .

While the room size was decent for Vivanta brand, I had checked in at 12:45 however the room was dirty with food crumbs all over the floor. The management changed my room as fast as they could but it simply dampens the mood at 1 in the night!

The staff was quite polite and helpful I enjoyed my stay.. Above all Karawali restaurant he ambience & food was awesome .Will recommend friends and family to stay at the property. Cozy rooms ,courteous staffs ,delicious food , centrally located in the city, all important offices and all happening places nearby

Property is good,room is also decent,food is really amazing hower I was bit disappointed with as infra is not so attractive but it's ok

My colleague and I stayed at the Vivanta Bengaluru, Residency Road for a night during a quick business visit. We were flying in after a full day at work and leaving the following morning, so decided to pick a package that included dinner and breakfast. We found the dinner quite underwhelming especially of a property of this chain. Breakfast was good and saisfactory. The room was clean, neat and just adequate. The people as usual were the best yuo coul find in the industry. Location perfect for work as well as a good outing

Our amazing two days stay at the Vivanta Residency Road, BLR quickly came to an end. The ever so courteous and willing to help staffs right from the entry point till the time we took the cab while leaving, deserves special mention. The food at the Mynt and also the iconic Karavali were mind blowing. The breakfast spread was also drool worthy covering not just most parts of India but also several parts of the world. Last but not the least, the toiletries from an Indian brand Inara, were also international class. Keep it up Vivanta, looking forward to my next stay. Cheers 🙏👍👌
