Excellent location just few hundred meters from the airport.Food amenities and services were of a very high standard.They even had a weighing scale in the room which was very handy for chrcking the weights of the suitcases.The staff was very Helpful Especially Bibianna at the front desk who went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable. She gave us a late checkout so we could be at the airport only 3 hours before our international flight

Great hospitality and service. The overall experience was smooth from the time of check inn to check out.

The check in was done with the Indian traditional way of life wherein a tilak and a bead chain was put. My room was impeccably clean and neat. The cafe shop down is mind blowing and has mouth watering cheesecakes. They have an evening ritual of lamp lighting and they distribute lovely traditional Indian sweets. The concierge has staff ever willing to help you with the transit back to the airport.

Best location for catching a flight from banglore airport. food is very good. services is always best in any Taj property. The new wing is only 1 year old so all rooms amenities are latest. All staff were very curteous.

the property is as per the name itself. taj never disappoint you on that front. the location is too good when it comes to access airport. Food has not disappointed even after catering people across continents the freshness and taste is something which is at its best.Service holds a standout here with helpful and friendly at same time. everything comes to a point where you feel too good.

Great experience. The hotel staff is very nice. Overall expense is very good. Check-in and check. All process is very nice.

We got an upgrade and complimentary terminal drop. The hospitality is amazing, better than many taj. Big thanks and appreciation to Ashish for smooth check in and providing the best room possible also when hotel was almost full.

I checked in late, hoping to get a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, the room adjacent to mine had guests playing loud music well into the night. Despite raising multiple complaints, the disturbance continued for quite some time. It’s difficult to say whether the issue stemmed from the guests’ lack of consideration or from the hotel’s inability to manage noise effectively. To make matters worse, early the next morning, there was constant door banging from neighboring rooms, disrupting my sleep yet again. Such lack of mindfulness from fellow guests was disappointing, and I wish the hotel had better measures in place to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Given these experiences, I had to check out early and will need to reconsider staying here in the future.

The ambience was classy and the customer service was elegant. The room was tidy and the food was top notch. I really loved my stay. Looking forward for my next experience.

There was zero maintenance. Cigarettes and drink smell was all around the room. No water bottle, Hand wash , nothing was in the room. Phone was not even working . Please refund my amount. This was look like very local hotel. Please remove them from your listing. I vacate the room in early morning itself.

we did an overnight stay at the hotel, and it was everything we expected it to be and a little more. Explored cafe 77 and Tamarind restaurants for food, which were great ambience and food wise. Also had a Spa session which was very pleasant and they made sure that we were comfortable at every step. the property was also nice and peaceful, especially the poolside (at least at the time we were there). The reception team and everyone in general was very hospitable, warn and welcoming and made sure to ease every process for us. overall, it was a great experience!!

I had an amazing stay at the this Hotel! The location was perfect, just steps away from the Kempagowda Airport. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and appealing. I will definitely be returning

Lovely experience, don’t have a name for the lady at the reception who attended but she was very sweet and humble to offer a free upgrade. Apart from that even though there was an issue with the room it was addressed at midnight swiftly. Lastly another guy at the reception helped arrange the cab swiftly.
