Worst service I never seen before Very worst service ever seen, there is no pressure dental gate. There is no soap. There is no towels. There is no shampoo. There is no water bottles. What kind of hotels disease disgusting

The blankets are not clean, I found stain, and felt suspicious about the TV Placement, the sink on the Hall is not clean , it's covered with rust, but the receptionist is very calm and good person, the washroom is clean but the windows is not clean and can't close fully, and it's can able to get opened from outside.

Had a great stay at ZEKE Hotels, Bangalore. The location is convenient, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are very polite and helpful. Overall, an excellent experience — would love to stay here again

It’s worst experience the building is just good from outside. Inside there is no amenities and it’s all old rooms. No basic amenities as well not even a single water bootle

I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and after check-in, I had a very bad experience. The room was not cleaned properly, and I even saw cockroaches. The blanket was not washed, and there was no hot water. The service was extremely poor. Overall, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The actual condition of the hotel does not match the photos shown online.

Worst hotel. I wonder how it got 4+ star reviews. Such a big property which is not at all maintained. We booked it through MMT. Car parking is in a bad condition. There were very big rats in the parking. When entered the hotel, the chandelier at the reception was full of spider webs. On the way to the room, there were cockroaches everywhere even on the steps. Even in the room there were many COCKROACHES. Bedsheets have holes caused due to cigarette burns. When asked to change the room, they showed us another room which was a bit better but door lock system wasn't working. So we decided to vacate the hotel. We checked in late at 9.00 pm. At that time we searched another hotel and vacated this as we were traveling with 2year old baby. I won't recommend this hotel for anyone.

The stay was very good and the people in the hotel respond whenever you check with them. The rooms were very clean as well

The room was very untidy. Very unhygienic, it smelled like mold and the sheets were dirty. There were a lot of cockroaches as well.

Staff were very rude. They don’t listen your concern, they were not allowing even guests for speaking also, they behaviour not at all acceptable.
