The room are fine and all the arrangement are good. But, as we enter the Hotel, we were told that there was no room available and some staff have offered to take deluxe room by paying additional amount against the amount we have already laid . As the room bookings are dine through online Initially we were surprised. However, we are allotted room No 206 at last ( after waiting for nearly 30 mins). As the room booking was done through online and the exact rate was already transferred, the staff should not asked for more money. I have stayed in the same Hotel during 2022 but such kind of unexpected questions does not arise
