Huge parking, Guarded and gated. Parking is 200 m away from reception area. If you are in habit of going to ur car again and again, it would be a problem. To our surprise the lady Miss Megha at the reception upgraded our room to suite. We very really obliged. The rooms at the new wing are new and so obviously better than old wing . Room was very nice 👍. It was loaded with amenities like press and it's board, locker, kettle, laundry bags, shoe shiner and brush, refrigerator, hair dryer, multiple hand towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, moisturizer, loafa .Washroom is of large size. Shower jet is triple directional ie it has 3 separate jets. Water pressure is excellent. There is no ceiling fan in room. No electric point on right side of bed, it's only on left side. Food- Buffet was of 800 rs and moderate in variety. Dindigul biryani, veg biryani and plain rice, green curry with chicken were the star. Everything else was also good. Sweet section was average. In dinner we had their signature dish daal makhani and tandoori aaloo. Both were averaged. Daal makhani was not tasting of daal but only masala, a big flaw. Aaloo was boiled or baked. Tandoori smell n taste were lacking.

Have been to 5-6 different fortune properties in different locations and one thing is consistent everywhere - the excellent levels of service and hospitality. Anytime i've to travel to any city - if there's a fortune nearby, i don't even look for other options. Fortune hosur is no different. Right from the time we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and all staff members put in their best efforts to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet is the other highlight of any fortune - always a lavish top quality spread. Rooms are a bit small but well furnished and comfortable.

Hotel is near to the Highway so it's a good option for overnight stay on the way. Room is good but the bed was so high that I couldn't sit on the bed without climbing. I am average height women and the bed's height was till my waist. So it is not comfortable. Bathroom had only shower and no tap, that was also surprising. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. A lot of options with good taste.

Fortune Hotel Hosur offers a great stay with excellent food and a well-maintained play area for kids. The rooms were comfortable, and the hospitality was good. The spacious ground and play area were perfect for children to enjoy. Overall, a pleasant experience with top-notch dining.

Food can be improved. The service is awesome right from the front office team (rohini) to restaurant staff( najera.

Good and pleasant stay at the Fortune Hosur - Member ITC Hotels' Group. Staff is helpful and courteous. Food was good and upto the mark

Stay was fine and overall experience was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful especially mr. Baibhov at friend office. Breakfast was good enough and there were lot of options.

Room was ok and food is good but.

Overall good stay. Chef Mahesh specially made food according to request. Reception desk Sandeep was helpful. Initially smelly room was given but it was changed to better one. Didn’t expect Fortune couldn’t maintain ground level rooms well and still allot to guests.

Room are good and interior is good. But after 10o'clock service is not good. I order food and got after 40 min. Then I order water bottle but I not get. So, I went outside for purchase water bottle. Food taste is normal. 💐 🤝
