Room was nice and the staff was supportive. Although few basic things needs to be changed like there was no socket available near mirror and there was no sitting space near it. The toothpaste given was in paper sachet which was hard to use. Toothbrush bristles were hard. AC placement was not appropriate. TV settop box was on but wasn't working.

Fortune select is located at a nice location on S. G. Highway. Paladium mall is in walking distance. Spacious rooms. Good Mini bar options. Tasty food. Prompt service. Nice breakfast spread. Nice view of the coty from the upper floors. Overall a very good experience.
