The overall experience was really good.I had an amazing experience thanks to Mafida’s kindness and support. After a long night of traveling, I was extremely exhausted and needed some rest before the usual check-in time of 2 PM. I reached out to request an early check-in and Mafida was incredibly sweet and understanding. Initially, I was a bit sceptical because I found out that early check-in typically requires paying half the tariff, and I was worried about the additional cost. However, Mafida handled everything so smoothly — she offered me a complimentary early check-in without any hassle. It truly meant a lot to me at that moment, as all I needed was a few hours of sleep after a tiring journey.The whole process was seamless, and her warm and welcoming attitude made a huge difference. Relaxing Spa I spent the afternoon at the spa, wrapped in a plush robe, enjoying a deep tissue massage followed by herbal tea in a serene lounge. Fine Dining Dinner was a seven-course tasting menu crafted by a Michelin-starred chef, served with perfect wine pairings and panoramic sunset views. Evening Turndown When I returned to the room, lights were dimmed, slippers were by the bed, and a lavender-scented sleep mist and truffles were placed on the pillow.

Fortune select is located at a nice location on S. G. Highway. Paladium mall is in walking distance. Spacious rooms. Good Mini bar options. Tasty food. Prompt service. Nice breakfast spread. Nice view of the coty from the upper floors. Overall a very good experience.
