The manager was rude and harsh in nature. Even when I called at the reception for free wi-fi service, they provided me wrong password. The breakfast provided is of limited variety and average quality. When I talked at the reception for producing/starting waves in swimming pool water, they harshly told that " it was to be done only once, and already done so, will not be done again". TV in the room was not working and I had complained but no one come to check/repair it. Location and amenities are very good but services must be improved.

It was a very good experience at palm beach resort. The property is very good, and the food is also good. Few suggestions: Need to clean the water at the activities area and also need to maintain cleanliness within the water activities area. Overall a good experience with my family.

This was our first time stay at Palm green resort. Due to war situation we did not want to go out anywhere near border so thought to get a weekend gateway nearby and we found out this one. This property was very good including staff, cleanliness, ambience, activities for kids and adults . Though few things were still under construction but can be avoided easily. Peaceful and serene place with good parking place.
