No service, AC didn’t work , stuff need to upgrade no one know what they doing. I have wait almost 30 min to get room

Good vibrations. Best staycation near ahmedabad.child friendly staff.Amenities were all in working condition.You can best enjoy with breakfast lunch and dinner options as there are varying rates (excluding GST) of providing food in room, restaurent or parcel within same premises.

Good place to visit. The food was tasty and service was decent. However, most of the rides were closed since we visited on working days, which was a bit disappointing. The room was okay, clean and comfortable for a short stay. Overall, a good experience for a weekend getaway.

The stay was as expected, world class. The food excellent as always. The room, without any hassles. Outdoor activities nice. Fountain show the surprise pack. All in all a Lovely stay. 👌

Location is near to Ahmedabad,enough for 1 day stay,food quality is average,buffet was monotonous,no variation in lunch & dinner,looks like same thing in both buffet,amenities is not maintained by authorities,AC was not working properly,room cleaning was very bad, room sofa studded with tea coffee, bathroom was average,shower water not coming properly,Service was average

Cottage was excellent, staff was welcoming and co-operative. Everything was good. Only thing they need to improve is cleanliness of waterpark.

Average stay, rooms & property is very old, food & hotel services is worst. They focused on day picnics only. Other than water activity nothing recommended here.

room cleanliness is very poor,, bedsheet is old,, pillows are dirty,, washbasin is leaking water causing all bathroom dirty, no proper exhaust fan in bathroom,room window grill is very dirty,, breakfast is not up to the mark.. resort maintainance is very poor

The manager was rude and harsh in nature. Even when I called at the reception for free wi-fi service, they provided me wrong password. The breakfast provided is of limited variety and average quality. When I talked at the reception for producing/starting waves in swimming pool water, they harshly told that " it was to be done only once, and already done so, will not be done again". TV in the room was not working and I had complained but no one come to check/repair it. Location and amenities are very good but services must be improved.
