Total average in all segments. Rooms are non maintained. No amenities available in room like Kettle, Geyser and all the tabs are to old and continuous leakage out from all tabs.

Nice & spacious rooms, good location, co-operative staff & good breakfast at affordable price. Overall good experience.

The room was not as expected. There was a cockroach on the pillow. The bathtub was also not that clean. Door locks were maybe rusted because it was hard to unlock it. The doorman dada was really nice.

Good Location, on site parking available. Supportive Staff & Food is also good. The heart of the city is easily approachable.

Breakfast was very bad for jain food they had served only one dish on both the day Bathroom was flooded with the water when I had the bath Toilet flush was not working

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the walls looked very old and poorly maintained. The washroom was also not up to the mark and could use better cleaning and renovation. Overall, not a comfortable experience.

The location is good , rooms need maintenance and cleanliness . waiters are polite and helpful, water taps were broken , bathroom need to be clean

Room size was different, from at the time of booking shows, it's very small size room. Bathroom leakage issue was there and room's plaster was removed. Very dirty and bad smell inside the room. Breakfast was very bad quality and it's unhygienic.

Room was not clean and hygiene cockroach were roaming near bed. Bathroom flush was not working and even after mentioning that to room service no response. I asked for room change and they denied. Warm water tap was not working
