Terrible Stay
I had a very bad experience at Hotel Pinnacle with both the room quality and service. I booked 3 Executive Rooms for a family vacation, but the rooms were so shady that if I was traveling alone, I wouldn’t have checked in at all. Since I was with my family, it was even more disappointing. When someone books an executive room, at least we expect it to be clean, comfortable, and suitable for family — but these rooms were so bad that it honestly made me feel sick. The hotel staff was careless too. The rooms didn’t even have basic things like water, glasses, or towels. There was no hot water facility either. On top of that, even though I booked 3 executive rooms, I requested early check-in for just one room. They had rooms available but still demanded ₹1,000 extra just for 2 hours of early check-in, which felt unfair, especially since I was with family. Overall, I would strongly suggest not booking this hotel. Don’t get tempted by saving ₹2,000–₹3,000 because this place is not worth it for a family stay. It felt more like a shady hotel suitable for casual stays, definitely not for families.

Poor Stay
The room was stinking, bed was making noise with non uniform surface which caused severe back ache. We checked in at 11:20pm at night but staff was not professional as they knocked the door at 1:30pm at night asking us to fill the entry register. In the morning buffet table was kept in the corridor in front of 2nd floor lift without any seating.
